Oxford, MS – The Ole Miss Rebels have officially announced their 2025 football roster, and it’s packed with a talented mix of returning players and newcomers.

The Rebels’ coaching staff, led by head coach Lane Kiffin, has been busy this off season, securing commitments from top recruits and transfers while also retaining key players from last year’s squad.

“We’re excited about the talent and depth we’ve assembled for the 2025 season,” said Kiffin. “Our returning players have worked hard to improve, and our newcomers bring a fresh wave of energy and competition to the table.”

The Rebels’ roster features a strong blend of experience and youth, with several key players returning from last year’s team. Quarterback Jaxson Dart, who threw for over 2,500 yards and 20 touchdowns last season, is back to lead the offense.

Other notable returnees include wide receiver Jordan Watkins, who hauled in 50 catches for over 700 yards last season, and defensive back A.J. Finley, who recorded 60 tackles and two interceptions.

The Rebels have also added several talented newcomers to the mix, including highly touted recruits like defensive end Tywone Malone and running back Jeremiah Cobb.

“We’re thrilled to welcome our new players to the Rebel family,” said Kiffin. “They bring a lot of excitement and potential to the table, and we’re looking forward to seeing them contribute to our team’s success.”

The Rebels’ 2025 roster is deep and talented, with competition for starting spots at nearly every position. With a challenging schedule ahead, including matchups against SEC powerhouses like Alabama and Georgia, the Rebels will need to be at their best to compete for a conference championship.

“We’re looking forward to the challenge ahead,” said Kiffin. “Our players have worked hard to prepare for the season, and we’re excited to see them take the field and compete at a high level.”

The Rebels will open their 2025 season on September 7 against the Memphis Tigers. With their talented roster and experienced coaching staff, they’re poised to make a run at the SEC championship and beyond.
