Collingwood, VIC – The Collingwood Football Club is pleased to announce that Tom Cashin will resume his role as VFLW coach for the upcoming season. Cashin, who has been an integral part of the club’s coaching staff, will lead the Magpies’ VFLW team as they strive for success in the Victorian Football League Women’s competition.

“We are thrilled to have Tom back on board as our VFLW coach,” said Collingwood’s General Manager of Football, Graham Wright. “Tom has a deep understanding of our club’s values and culture, and he has a proven track record of developing young players and achieving success on the field.”

Cashin, who has been involved with the Collingwood Football Club for several years, is excited to resume his role as VFLW coach. “I’m really looking forward to getting back to work with the VFLW team,” he said. “We’ve got a talented group of players, and I’m confident that we can achieve some great things this season.”

Under Cashin’s guidance, the Magpies’ VFLW team will be looking to build on their successes from previous seasons. The team has a strong core of experienced players, as well as some exciting young talent, and Cashin is confident that they have the potential to make a deep run in the finals.

“We’ve got a great mix of experience and youth in our squad, and I’m excited to see how the players develop and grow throughout the season,” Cashin said. “We’ll be working hard to ensure that we’re well-prepared for every game, and that we’re giving ourselves the best chance of success.”

The appointment of Cashin as VFLW coach is a key part of the Collingwood Football Club’s commitment to developing and promoting women’s football. In preparation for the upcoming season, Cashin and his coaching staff have been working closely with the players to develop their skills and build their fitness.
