Melbourne, Australia – The Collingwood Football Club has launched a new exhibition honoring the legacy of former player and coach Nathan Buckley. The exhibition, titled “Nathan Buckley: Magpie Legend,” was officially opened at the Collingwood Football Club Museum on Friday.

The exhibition takes fans on a journey through Buckley’s remarkable career, from his early days as a young player to his successful tenure as coach. It features a range of memorabilia, including jerseys, medals, and photographs, as well as interactive displays and video footage.

“We are thrilled to launch this exhibition, which celebrates Nathan’s incredible contribution to our club,” said Collingwood President, Jeff Browne. “Nathan is a true Magpie legend, and we are proud to honor his legacy in this way.”

Buckley, who played 260 games for Collingwood between 1993 and 2007, was a key figure in the club’s success during the 2000s. He later went on to coach the club from 2012 to 2021, leading the team to several finals appearances.
